Egans Creek Bridge-North 14th Street

Egans Creek Bridge – this is up north 14th Street. Turn north off of Atlantic Avenue and travel a few miles. You’ll pass a large cemetery on the left, go over the bridge at Egans Creek and on the other side pull off onto the grass shoulder.  You’ll see the “no parking” signs on the bridge – park past them. There is a path along side the bridge back to the creek that you can follow. Wear shoes that can get muddy.

Fish the bottom with a Fish Finder rig or Carolina Rig or you can also use a jig baited with live shrimp or a plastic grub. You could also use a slip float to fish deep, or a fixed float to fish up near the bank.

There are no restrooms, no lighting, not handicap accessible.

Please carry out all garbage.
