Slow Fishing in the Intercoastal

2/15/23

This from angler John Givens and Nassau Sport Fishing Association member:  With underwhelming success fishing creeks last week with live shrimp, they tried  switching to ICW (intercoastal waterway) structure and a short ways into Egan’s Creek. They were fishing live shrimp on jig and live shrimp under cork for bait but didn’t get much until they moved down to the Shave bridge and then picked up a couple of  16” reds.  At least  they didn’t skunked.  Fished with JC.
